The Hudson Valley women's volleyball team was defeated on the road 3-1 as they went up against a tough Fulton-Montgomery program in Johnstown, NY.
The Vikings combined for 33 kills, 27 assists, four service aces and seven blocks in their four-set loss to the Raiders.
Leading the way for Hudson Valley's offense was Andraya Warner-Davis, who finished the match with a team-high 10 kills. She also finished with a team-best three service aces. Madison DeMarco contributed six kills and hit a team-high .235 on 17 attempts. Leureah Cummings assisted on 24 of the Vikings 33 kills.
The volleyball team is back in action on Sunday, Oct. 6 when they travel to Cayuga to participate in their pod tournament. The Vikings are scheduled to play Cayuga, Jefferson and Onondaga.
