Men's Bowling Placed 8th at Brick City Classic
The Hudson Valley Community College men's bowling team finished eighth at the 2025 Brick City Classic on Sunday, Nov. 23rd at Roseland Bowl in Canandaigua, NY.
As a team, the Vikings accumulated 4014 pins and were led by Aidan Rutski, who placed 15th overall with a total five game score of 900. Rutski achieved a high game of 190 in the final game of the day.
Salvatore Iavarone placed 30th overall with 819 pins and was followed by Thomas Quinn, who placed 32nd overall with a score of 806. Matt Sajise tallied a 749 total score with a high game of 169 in his final game.
Aaron Matello finished inside the top 50 of the tournament that featured well over 100 participants, and tallied a score of 740 with a high-game of 204.
The bowling team will return to action following the holiday break as they will compete in the Westchester Conference Match on Saturday, January 17th at Carmel Spins Bowl.
