The Hudson Valley men's basketball team was defeated in their home opener by Tompkins Cortland, 81-72.
The Vikings were led by center Keyaton Parks who had 18 points, 16 rebounds, and 2 blocks in his 32 minutes played. James Blake added 16 points and 5 rebounds to the Viking's score sheet. Julius Reed followed with 14 points and 2 assists as well.
The Vikings look forward to their next game on the road Wednesday, November 20th against Clinton at 6pm.
